The 124gr +P+ Hydra-Shok from Federal was a decent performer but I don’t Consider they enable it to be any more. The outdated Winchester Silvertip 115gr JHP was notorious for overexpanding, fragmenting, and failure to penetrate adequately. The outdated Federal 115gr +P+ “9BPLE” loa
